How much should I expect to pay in terms of labour?

I'm actually very surprised at the cost of the paint job. What is the "show finish" you are talking about? I mean if I'm paying for it to be professionally painted, shouldn't the paint job match regardless and not charge me more for a better finish?

I forgot, the GT-R start button and rear fog lights as well.
I agree with Scribe (nice write up though) you shouldn't worry about matching as its upto the painter and the shop how good they are. In my previous IS lexus white similar to Nissan dealership screwed the matching and another local ship matched it perfectly without painting any extra parts for blend. My Z is red so without this shade which is in white and my first kit was painted by colour matching from the factory code and there was slight difference but in amuse it was colour matched with the fuel cap and it matched perfectly same goes for the fenders. So I will suggest ask them to make the paint by matching the colour with body parts and you should be ok.

I see lots of guys in US install themselves which we try here as well but gets difficult to do in summer (9 months) with 110+ temp. It gives a much better feeling when we install the parts outselves
