Optional Tips for HKS exhaust!

I actually made the payment while vacationing in Canmore, Alberta so technically this is the 2nd set purchased from Canada.

PS: The Esso gas station in Canmore sells Adam's Polishes! I found that out last year on my way to Banff. I was on the motorbike so I could only buy what I could carry! lol

I found that out a few days ago - was in there paying and took a pic of the whole shelf and was going to post it up on Adam's Forums. Didn't take a look at the prices though since I knew I might be tempted to purchase some.

Where are these pics you speak of? I should have my set this week once I get back to the states!

Nevermind: found the pics in the first post - man they look awesome - great to have the option to switch now - shame we couldn't get them inscribed with HKS logos.

Please contact Nissan Generation before ordering these tips... we have reports that the first ones delivered were received by a member and they DO NOT FIT the HKS exhaust...
Waiting for info from Nissan Generation....

I want give you guys the head up that these tips will not fit HKS exhaust system so we have decided to cancel this project. The two member that purchase these tips will received full refund please PM me.

Well, sorry to be the one to report this but it looks like these tips are just a tad too small - here are some pics from my install attempt:

New tip on the left and stock HKS on the right

New tip inside the stock HKS

New tip held up to the HKS exhaust tube

Really bummed about this because I was seriously looking forward to having these on the car - oh well, sometimes things just aren't meant to be. I can say the build quality of these tips is top notch though!

On to the next project!
