HKS or K&N.?

Hi friends,i wonder anybody has tried HKS drop in panel filter.?Will it be better than K&N.?

from what i found doing some google research, the HKS has really really poor filtration ability compared to the K&N. I have the K&N filters, but If i were to do it again, I'd go for the AFE dry type filters, better filtration than both and just as much power increase, one guy said he got 12 rwhp from them and the HPS intake tubes.

Ran both dude, K&N seem better, not conclusive but my own personal FB for ya. Agreed on the AFE, value for money - def like that.

i've checked the website and noticed that it has 2 type afe filter for the z.

so which type is preferable?

looks like the 5-R is oiled, and the Pro Dry is well, dry!

Tested,K&N is much better in power,changing it back tomorrow,HKS keep as spare.
