yeah, that and the ARK Type 1 are the ones I am interested in and of course the one MD are working on... it sucks waiting, but it may well be worth the wait.

ART pipes were installed today. Excellent job by the guys at R/T Tuning in Landsdale PA!
First impressions- The car feels much faster, especially in the higher RPM's. My drive home was pretty much all highway so it was a fun trip home. I thought that the car would be much louder, especially in the cabin but I was surprised. It sounds amazing! Small issue - Once the install was complete the guys at R/T brought me into the bay and pointed out something to me. I have the ARK CBE and I do get a small whistle type sound coming from the X-pipe of the exhaust. I know it was coming from the x-pipe because we were standing under the car as it was revved. There is definitely no leaks and who knows, this may go away once the ART pipes break in. Could also be the design of the ARK. I will play it by ear it give it some time before I really worry about it. Last edited by TonyBPD; 08-11-2011 at 06:33 PM. |

It is very unlike that you will see more than 330rwhp out of these cars with full bolt ons. If you do, the dyno is a bit optimistic. If a mustang dyno reads that high, you know that it was either not calibrated properly or was deliberately programmed to read high.

339whp/252lbfttq..... Claims "red6spd" on a mustang dyno. That's the highest I've seen here on the forum. Either it's a freak motor, or the dyno isn't calibrated. No way he should be hitting that. Some people only make 10-20hp more with superchargers....

Conversely, the American muscle cars are overflowing with power and torque which is great, but their stock suspension is so bad its like driving a boat on Novocaine. For a NA car, the 370 has a good balance of everything in stock form. |
