Are you sure?? So if -or should I say when I get these. ( You do not make them for me yet- G37X Coupe.) I can bolt these on and not worry about my tune. I'll just pick up 15 WHP and TRQ? Noob question I know but had HFC's on my old G and had to take them off cause the car would not run right. Heistated and sputtered un WOT really bad.

I didn't have any issues with swapping out different test pipes on this Z. Just make sure to unplug the battery before making changes so the car can adapt to it.

Hmm ok, But you where already tuned with HFC's right? I have the stock cats still. I'm just worried about installing these and not retuning the car from Stock cats to TP's?

Go get a dyno see the difference, see if you are running lean or if you have a HP drop from last time. if so get a tune (usually retunes are about $150ish). If its a minor drop but your AFR IS still good, get some more mods and retune.

I did the HKS exhaust in February. I did the Stillen intake in March. I did GTM Resonated Test Pipes in April. (I put on 7000 miles with these installed too!) Then I switched them out for Motordyne Art pipes July/August. And finally got an UpRev tune a few weeks ago. My Z has never had issues. The SES light did come on about about 480miles after installing the ART pipes but I was literally driving to the other coast to get tuned.

Disconnecting the battery will not clear any SES codes if thats what you're talking about.

The tune sets the AFR based on the sensor parameters, the AFR will still shift slightly if the conditions change due to changing equipment. So yes, the car will still adapt a bit but going from stock cat to test pipe a tweak of the tune may be necessary especially if you want to maximize the equipment. Kaizen will give you a discount on a new dyno tune since you already have UpRev, or they might be able to tweak a little bit without using the dyno.

It would just replace the entire Nismo cat-back exhaust just like it replaces the entire non-Nismo cat-back exhaust. No different from any other aftermarket exhaust and will fit the Nismo if you bolt it onto the cats.
