I recently contact with Jon about the short tail exhaust. Im going to order one this week and hopfully be here in about a week or so.. I will be posting new video and pics up. AAM are still developing the muffled version. On the test run, they put resonator within the pipe, but the result does not significantly improve..They will keep this updated once the muffled version is out..

I wanna hear a butt dyno too younter. The only concern I have losin the tourque because of less backpressure. I'm pretty sure most of the backpressure happens further up the line but still I'm wary of jumpin on these

I had my muffler off and GAINED torque before with the stock pipes, actually a noticeable amount. You wont lose it thanks to the VVEL and the size of the motor. Stock pipes are tiny and the cats are restrictive as is, just gains here to be had.

Yeah the dyno is long overdue I think. Need a baseline stock car and then with these pipes to see the differences, preferably on the same day/car/time before and after install. Should not be hard with such an easily installed part.

Very true. We dyno'ed our shop 370Z when we first designing the pipes, but I think at the time that car had HFCs, Intakes and a Cobb AP. I will have to check the run files on the dyno computer. The shop 370Z has it's engine out right now while we develop our Twin Turbo kit, so we can't use our car to dyno. Most of our Short Tails have been sold outside of our state, so we don't have any immediate local customers who we can put on the dyno. I really wish we did though. I could get before and after for you guys, as well as a dyno video. I think most of the Mid-Atlantic 370Z guys that I know already have exhaust on their car. But if anyone is interested, and you are local to D.C., MD or VA, hit me up!

We'll do our best. We've had a few people ask about offering a muffler option in addition to the regular version. I think I have your email to contact you, but send me a pm just in case.

Thanks,
Jon
