bigdog, aka mike...HFC's are a pretty much proven mod :)

shamu over in the nismo forum dyno'd 296whp stock, 301whp with just injen intakes, then 316whp with HFC's.

Nismos tend to put down a bit more than regular Z's with the same mods... but, that said, yes the HFC's make solid gains that make it worth the money (if you don't intend to go with test pipes).

My recommendation would be to get a resonated set, as the non-resonated ones tend to be very raspy. They do cost more, tho'.

I'm surprised the intakes didn't make more power. Hmmm perhaps I'll get some HFC's before I get an exhaust. Heard some videos with stock exhaust + Berks and it sounded pretty good. Thanks Chops for that thread.

You guys have proven the worthiness of HFCs :)

CAI, Injens. I'm probably gonna do the Injens over the G3s since they are not positioned behind the radiator. Air from behind the radiator will definitely be warmer than from the sides.

Are you meaning Stillen G3?? They are actually in front of the radiator, there is a DIY for installing.
