They only have 1 exhaust for the 370z and it does look like the HKS.

I definitely have to open my box when I get home. I am not sure if ARK produced different sets for the g37 guys. That looked like a Y pipe design which is type 1 for the 370z. I am really hoping mine is nowhere close to your pics. I'll post pics of mine tonight.

The 370z unit is actually flawless. The g37 batch we are having some issues with. I talked to Neverbonestock today and I understand him from his perspective and have been dealing with him promptly and professionally.

Actually it doesn't. Yours does look like shit, mine doesn't. I also have a first batch exhaust, my tips are more purple then blue. Maybe ARK started to fail hard after they made the first batch. TonyBPD has one the same vintage as mine and hasn't had any problems

Glad Ark chimed in here. Ive seen their products first hand for many years back since they supported the Tiburon v6 community (when no one else really would). Their products for that car were some of the best. Alex was heading that up too I believe!

That's correct. I have had zero problems with my exhaust. I do think Alex should be a little quicker on some of these threads though. There was one member who posted some problems he was having and Alex took forever to respond. But anyway, I'm satisfied with my exhaust.

Note that the OP has a G37, not a 370.

Sucks you had to go through that. I got mine last month for my 370 and it's beautiful. Sounds great and looks good.

Alright, so I got so much more occupied that I thought I would be.. I took pictures yesterday with my 8MP Phone. I'm currently in class.. will be out in half an hour. I will post the pics as soon as I get home.

My quality rating from 1-10 as 10 being best.. would be 5/10 for the following reasons:

-Ding on one of the tips
-Minor scratches on both tips
-Welds on all 4 cylinders are perfect (makes up for the rest)
-X-Pipe wow.. Where do I start.. There are heavy gouches and the welds were incompetent

Its like.. there were two welders.. One very experienced while the other was an apprentice? OR The welder was having a good day then halfway through the whole thing.. someone pissed him off causing welds to uh.. lol

I already PM'ed vividracing regarding the situation and he informed me that he forwarded the concerns to ARK.

I was looking forward to this exhaust since I've read good reviews from other forums about their work.. But this is just ugh..

Hello Peeps .. So I spoke to Alex today and in all honesty I was really surprised in regards to our conversation. He is really a stand up guy . It took him awhile but he came through . First off I want to say this is the best sounding and looking exhaust I have purchased to date . Was there issues ???? Yes ! Was I pissed ???? Yes !! Is Ark as a company standing up going above and beyond ???? In my opinion... Yes !!! I could tell this has been bugging Alex since day one . He honestly wanted to make it right with the issues I has having . The conversation was Alex wanting to do more than refund me back a partial labor charge . I was happy if he met me half way . He offered me a full sponsorship plus full refund of my labor cost . I was really shocked that he said that . The only reason I did not accept the offer is I already ordered a F.I. exhaust. Other wise I would. I have no bad feelings and feel like Ark(Alex) did take care of me. I really hope there is no bad feelings and people on this forum understand both parties. I waited patiently without bashing and they came through ... Thanx ARK !!!!!

I love my ARK and checked it very thoroughly before installing it. Hopefully there is only a small amount of exhaust that got shipped out with crappy quality.
