BERK: Test Pipes vs. HFC

Can someone give me a quick run down on the differences in sound, HP gain, preference, etc...

Just looking for some feedback from anyone that has had experience with both. I want to start modding but haven't decided on what direction. I figured I'd play around with a few of the lest costly mods while I get a feel for the Z. Right now I have a fully stock touring sport 6MT.

your going to get more rasp out of test pipes....but with better gains....also your more likely to throw a cel

Yes you get a higher exhaust flow rate with Test Pipes but your exhaust will get louder and smell like fuel mmmmm and you have the chance of getting a check engine light, but that can be fixed by O2 sims or Non foulers or Steal whool trick

You may gain a couple wheel horsepower and torque with test pipes over Berk HFCs but you need to decide if it is worthwhile. High flow cats will sound smooth and jive well with aftermarket cat-backs, I think they sound more refined which I personally like better. You don't get fuel/sulphur smell with HFCs either.
