My Stillen Gen3 CAI Install
 

So... just had to post the events of my install hope you guys enjoy it as much as i did.

My friend and I relocated the horn, and cut off the braket that it was originally on. We also cut off the complementary braket on the driver side of the car. This made the filters fit really well.

All in all the install was very similar to what the instructions said. And I am very happy with the results.... So much so that I had to run over a screw and patch my tire right after the install. :).

Next up... HKS or Akrapovic CBE.... We will see.

Congrats on the install, sucks you had a flat. Might I suggest HKS I have it with Berk Test Pipes and it sound amazing :)

Did you noticed any sound difference?

Sound increased a fair amount in a good way. ECU still seems to be learning a bit but the butt dyno is satisfied.

The sound did increase a fair amount, or i just started to step on the throttle a little harder. :)

If you have an aftermarket exhaust you won't hear any difference until after 5K in the RPM band....Then again your windows will need to be down...You can definately hear a difference from outside of the car as it is passing by though.
