one of the mods might want to fix the spelling of 'greddy' so that it doesn't look like the OP is calling Invidia a bunch of money grubbers

I thought of the same thing. :)

schrack150 10-11-2010 02:08 PM

invidia is a little cheaper but no need for name calling :tiphat:

NYBladeZ 10-11-2010 02:09 PM

The Greddy exhaust is 2.75" in diameter whereas I think the indivia is 2.5. It depends on what you want to do long term. If you plan on going turbo or SC probably get to get the Greddy especially with a TT setup otherwise if you just want a change in sound and a few extra hp get the invidia.

Greddy : YouTube - Greddy exhaust 370z @ vtr

I wanted Invidia Gemini, but I heard that you can buy better.

I'll just intake and exhaust

I love my Invidia exhaust. The guys at the shop said the exhaust was well built. It also looks very nice, which is a plus.

nismo 1234 10-12-2010 12:58 AM

i love my greddy tic:) i drove beside someoen with a invidia exhaust... i think these two exhaust makes about the same amount of noise. i personally prefer true dual just cuz of the looks. greddy tic didnt gain too much... 9whp and 10ft torque. it was a mustang dyno with low readings...(rx8 greddy turbo kit made 180whp... haah

370Z JT 10-12-2010 01:02 AM

I would get the Greddy SE over the Invidia Gemini.

stormos 10-12-2010 01:09 AM

So GReddy, invidia are as noise?

Me like it more visually GReddy.

The thing is if you pay extra for GReddy.
Invidia is unbeatable with the price

ResQguy 10-12-2010 11:41 AM

Stillen, FTW. :driving:

stormos 10-12-2010 02:00 PM

or Berk?
:)

kenchan 10-12-2010 02:19 PM

is invida made in taiwan at the same megan factory?

anyway... i like the fit, finish, and sound quality of the GReddy. :)

NYBladeZ 10-12-2010 02:28 PM

Berk: a quality exhaust but many members were turned off due to the group buy delays and questionable customer service

Stillen: my least favorite, sure it'll fit and it'll give you a different exhaust tone but if there was ever a generic aftermarket exhaust I'd say Stillen is it. Why pay $ to have your car sound like the hundreds before you.

Go with Invidia if money is an issue and Greddy if it's not amongst your choices, personally if I was staying N/A Fast Intentions, and I believe there are even a few on sale by members.

ClemsonWill 10-12-2010 02:29 PM

I have had a Greddy exhaust and Invidia exhaust on past cars. I really like the fit and sound of the Greddy. But the invidia is significantly cheaper and very well made for what it is. I don't think you can go wrong with either but if you can afford the Greddy then it's worth the extra money imo.
