nismo exhaust silencer

does anyone cut off the silencer ?? i want to hear some sound and now is too silent... and i dont want to lose TQ or HP..is it possible??

Default nismo exhaust silencer

does anyone cut off the silencer ??

i want to hear some sound and now is too silent...

You won't loose HP or TQ but won't gain anything either. Would make a difference in sound but it is hard to tell exactly how it would sound. My best guess is it would be the almost the same change that adding a set of HFC's would add to the mix. Although HFC's would give you the added benefits of proven gains plus the more aggressive sound that you are looking for.

I removed my resonators and had HFC.... Definitely the best and cheapest way to go if your wanting a louder deeper tone.

See my post "to boldly go...". Just posted TPs, stock resonators and muffler delete...crazy loud...I never thought I would say that....idle to 3200 it's sweet, but then it unleashes at a mere 3200. If it was 5000, I probably could handle it. Just ordered a pair of racing mufflers to numb it a tad....
