K&N Typhoon Install problem

I just installed my CAI and I disconnected the Battery like a retard, and now my windows don't go all the way up. Is there a way to fix this

I just installed my CAI and I disconnected the Battery like a retard, and now my windows don't go all the way up. Is there a way to fix this yourself or do I gotta go to Nissan and have them reset it?
