Question about berk's hfc
 

my Berks hfc's will be here tomorow and i cant wait but im just scared to lose some loudness compare to my tp's :icon14: is there really a big diff in sound? i just wanna get rid of that nasty (civic) rasp and that yellowish crap on my rear bumper, plus chicks dont dig the smell :shakes head:

2 questions: 1)What are "tp's" and 2) what is "yellow crap on bumper"?

There will certainly be a big difference in sound from OEM if that's what you mean. It certainly won't sound like a Civic! :bowrofl:

And the smell...can anything smell worse that a catalytic converter?

Yes. Especially if you are running rich with test pipes...it's awful.

LOL, never had this happen on my bikes..........think I'll keep the HFC's on my Z :tup:

I figure running rich will make for the "soot look" behind the car. Where does the yellow come from? I'd imagine all the emissions gasses that a CAT is supposed to break down...

but it looks yellow,brownish on the PW lol im running test pipes / JIC y pipe / 5zigen knock off CBE. i love the sound its loud but i dont want to lose it with hfc's.
