Identify this 370Z Exhaust!

Found this aftermarket exhaust sound clip on YouTube. Which exhaust system do you think it is?

Clip sounds pretty awesome though!

it's close but i don't think it's the same. MCR has smaller cans and there's a MCR plate between the 2 slopping downwards.....i dont see that on the vid
and the vid exhaust has the blue colourings on the bent pipe where MCR doesnt
or maybe it's just reflections...lol

no the tips are thinner than the MCR ones

RCZ 03-02-2009 11:04 PM

No, Im pretty sure thats the MCR one.

ZforMe 03-02-2009 11:42 PM

I don't think it's MCR's based on the tips. Here's what I think it is:

Powerhouse Amuse - RS Silent Exhaust, STTI (Super Tough Titanium)

batman_4 03-03-2009 12:02 AM

^ yup, that is DEFINITELY Amuse

Amuse FTW!!!! (except for their prices)

Positively the most "Euro" sounding of the bunch to date. We have a new sound winner (same car from inside while driving):

^ loving that deep sound.....also wtf 370Z's in Japan get the backup cam yet we don't!!! damn you Nissan USA

Minicobra1 03-03-2009 02:22 AM

sounds good, but I want the back up camera

Minicobra1 03-03-2009 02:29 AM

oh, and what's up with this guy going like 70mph down an alley, notice how there is a pedestrian at about :58 seconds. Probably should have found another street to showcase the exhaust. Pretty stupid, but I guess the streets in Japan are all pretty narrow.

That is the Amuse exhaust. MCR tips involve double tubing which provides a thicker wall. Also, if you look at the piping for the tips that lead to the canisters, you will notice that they are reverse. The passenger side tip on the MCR exhaust connects to the can closest to the rear where the Amuse is opposite.

Damn, that does sound really nice.

Is the Amuse exhaust a full cat-back system? How much does it cost?? I'm going to buy an exhaust soon and trying to decide which one to get.

The Amuse exhaust is a cat-back. Recently Amuse released information about a sports catalytic converter set as well.

Amuse cat
