Greddy Ti-c dyno results

1 Attachment(s)
hey everyone,
so i got my greddy ti-c installed at a local shop(Racing Greed)... after the install the owner of the shop was curious of what the car can do so went on dyno...

the car sounds a lot better without silencers, and its not too loud. But it lost 6 Ft-Lbs of torque and 2hp to the wheel...thats not a lot so i decided to keep silencers off for now. Btw is it bad to keep putting on and taking off the silencer?

car gained 9whp and 9ft-lbs of torque the attachment is the dyno results

re-read the subject title.

just realized they only offer the 70mm in the turbo ti-c version..thought their might have been a standard racing size.

nop, its not a nismo. i have a 40th anniversary edition:)

and its a turbo ti-c but its a catback exhaust system. they say turbo cuz the diameter is 70mm and its meant for turbo setups

Thanks for posting. It's good to finally see some numbers for this exhaust. Did you take any pictures or videos?

destinyZ 08-12-2010 01:33 PM

uhhh...y didnt you post in the thread that says... exhaust dyno's (post your results)? the idea is to get THIS information into a centralized spot for ppl to refer to.

Calm down. He started this thread before you even set that exhaust dyno's thread up. :stirthepot:

Hopefully all of this information will be added to the Quick reference sticky. However it doesn't look like that thread has been updated in awhile.

no problem:)

btw, if i keep taking out and putting in the silencer, will the ecu go crazy because it has to keep readjust? ?
or it doesnt matter?

I appologize if it seemed like I was upset, I was just confussed. no one seems to put there results in. ill bump it to the top and hop it starts to grow.

It's cool. I agree with you. It would be great to have all of this information in one place. I think the quick reference guide is setup very well but lacks detail. Maybe you can get the combined info on your thread and have phelan add it to the quick reference guide.

Thank you for the dyno results since I'm on the fence for this cbe, I think you'd get a lot more power out of it with a tune since you're running a significantly wider diameter on the exhaust plumbing

fairladyZ34 09-19-2010 10:44 PM

the ti-c is a great aggressive sounding exhaust but ive been iffy on it too since their are other companies that have repeated dyno proven gains. and im not sure how soon or if ill ever go forced induction
