Question about the GT Haus exhaust
Hey, I am about to get a nismo 370 (i hope) and i want to get the miestershaft exhaust....I want to get the titanium part which runs about 3k...but there are 2 more sections to go with it...the y pipe and the Straight Cat-Back Mid-Pipe Section...
My first question...if i get these parts in stainless steel and the big part in titainum will that effect anything besides weight? will it work? And is the straight cat back mide pipe...its that basicly straight piping the car? because i think that would be a little much... here is the website so yall can see what im talking about Meisterschaft Exhaust systems - GTHAUS sorry if these are stupid questions i normally know the answers but this exhaust setup is really confusing -alex |

You should be able to mix and match their SS parts and Ti parts. However unless you're gong full SS it really doesn't make much of a difference to go Ti on the muffler and SS on the rest. The sound won't be noticeably different and the weight savings isn't going to be significant enough where you'll feel it. GTHaust will run the same piping layout as stock for the most part.

Yeah I would not bother, just get the SS. I just got it and its nice in SS. It's also a lot lighter than the stock CBE. Well the mufflers are so much smaller too!

I just got the round tips and the Y pipe and mid pipes; the complete CBE. ~$1900 plus ship

Would you guys say this Exhaust is better than the Fast intentions one? I'm also wondering how would this exhaust work if i where to get a muffler shop to do custom mid and y pipes to go with it? what do you guys think just an idea to save a couple hundred bucks?

Well it's definately louder and raspy around 3K. I also have HFC's so it will be louder than with cats. I am actually getting a FI 18" and selling mine soon. I live near the city and a state trooper lives right next to me so I have to get something quieter. Otherwise I love it and it sounds sick! Get lots of stares.
