there's no pics of the 370z one..........

Crash 02-24-2009 10:28 AM

^^^ LOL, I'll update it for them if they want to send me some parts. :)

Cown3d 02-24-2009 11:21 AM

i wonder if it keeps dtb?

JoeyD 02-24-2009 01:51 PM

^ It says it does on the VQ35HR. I can only assume the DTB would be retained. Has anyone called them yet? They must have pictures of it installed. It had to be protoyped on something.

Just did a quick search and found a claimed gain of 18 peak HP...

BoBoTee 02-24-2009 02:42 PM

The welds around the runners look kind of sloppy.

ssqpolo 02-24-2009 02:45 PM

yaa...i havent found one pic of it installed. has anyone called them yet?

Brandon,

I appreciate your interest in our manifold. The manifold is an exact match for the G37S. It is has two plenums on either side and the throttle bodies install in the stock locations. It also provides appropriate clearance for stock or aftermarket strut tower braces. The pictures will be available in a couple weeks. They are not available at the moment because we need to finish our legal obligations such as patents and copyrights before we publicly release the specific photos and information. We are taking orders for the manifold but there is a small waiting list and none of them will be shipped for a few weeks. We are also doing more testing so we can present concrete dyno sheets and horsepower gains. The initial testing was not done in a way that we are happy with so we will have new results in a few weeks. If you have any other questions or if you would like to pre-order one please let me know.

Thank you,

John G. - Revshift

Brandon,

A deposit will secure your spot on the list. I can put your name on the list without a deposit but the people that secure their spot with a deposit will be served first. A 20% deposit is recommended and then we will contact you with pictures before we finalize the invoice and ship the manifold. Let me know if you would like to leave a deposit, I will put your name on the list either way.

Thank you,

John G. - Revshift

Yes I have already wrote back and asked 20% of what?

ssqpolo 02-24-2009 05:18 PM

hmmmmm...they sound full of win

shumby 02-24-2009 05:22 PM

does anyone know of anyone that has this on another car?

RCZ 02-24-2009 06:05 PM

20% deposit before showing pictures?? This is an intake manifold, not an Aston Martin...

MightyBobo 02-26-2009 05:54 AM

The welds on that DO look really sloppy.

On the other hand, the cheap-*** budget side of me wants to see some proven dyno numbers.

JoeyD 02-26-2009 09:31 AM

^ I think people like you and I (with a cheap-*** budget side) is what they are banking on. Who, in this day and age, makes a product for an enthusiast car without talking to the enthusiasts. In other words, why aren't they promoting or at least defending their product.

nogoodname 02-26-2009 10:04 AM

^^ cause they don't know about our empire here.....lol

this is crap, bad site, no pics, no price and asking 20%.......
