Yeah it does kind of look like monkey sh1t !!
maybe if it was cleaned up a bit, maybe polished or powdercoated... oh and power gains
They are def going to have to dyno that thing if they expect people to order it.
looks like $20 in metal, i would never put that on any vehicle..........ever. looks awful
I guess whoever design this thought Nissan had it all wrong, it should look like a pair shoeboxes. Fugly.
good way to kill your engine bay. boooo. I want that GT-R intake manifold.
i would buy it, only if it made more power, but not just on the top end either.
Ouch $1100, I could look past the look of it if it made a proven 20+whp, but I bet it wont :(
That looks absolutely terrible.
Individual throttle bodies anyone?

imports are the best to work on. Gotta love jdm

Hmm. Looks like even people who flunked aerodynamics 101 can make intake manifolds. :ugh2:
Oh no he DI IIIINT!!
Not sure if the ITB suggestion was serious or not, but they work better with a tuned plenum, which sort of defeats the purpose for fans of ITB's who generally just like the look of exposed trumpets... anyway, major advantage is throttle reponse, not power.
Also, we have DBW... good luck with that... |
Looks kinda yucky
