anyone run this set up

Thinking of a stillen exhaust with the k&n typhoon intakes an possible berk hfc's, but i am worried being a roadster that it may be to loud inside to be able to talk normally.

i dont know about the hfc's yet, how would the intakes an exhaust alone sound?

a nice growl under load, again cruising/idle is quiet

It would sound nice, STILLEN pipe is nice and the intake growl is addictive

I would reconsider the Typhoon's for Stillen Gen 3 or Injens Cai

My roadster has the Stillen intake and CBE combo. Perfect setup in my opinion. It's only loud when you want it to be. :tiphat:

good choices

redroadster10 07-14-2010 08:53 AM

should it be tuned after that?

would definitely help, an uprev tune after bolt ons netted me 15hp/8tq and lots of lost low end, check the link in my sig for the dyno.

excellent choice. A tune will bring back all the TQ that the breathing mods lose in the low end.
