i got mine for about $39 each from Forged. Combined with the Cobb tubes, my intake on the cheap was right around $210.

The only real difference between the stock intake and the long tubes is the size of the MAF section. The long tubes are slightly larger and cause the car to run a little more lean to add a few HP over the stock setup.
You have two choices to match this: One, ask Modshack for his MAF sections which are slightly larger. Two get the AAM tune with the Cobb and have your AF adjusted to get more power. Once you get a tune the larger MAF section really doesnt matter any more from what I understand. You wont need both.

Stopped raining enough to install -- took literally 5 minutes.
Other than the marginal PITA to pop the clips back on (typical for factory airboxes), it was incredilbly easy to get to and to install. Tray type design

The rubber gaskets around the K&N were a lot thicker than stock. You really have to stretch the clips to get them to lock. I really should have checked the airboxes more often. I found a handful of leaves in each one.... I thought she was running a little sluggish. After cleaning and dropping the new filters in, I noticed better throttle response and a noticeable increase on power. Not a whole lot, but noticeable. This is one of the easiest air filter install ever. Coming from an RX-8, which was near impossible, this was a breeze. I highly recommend.
