I know how to install filters, its just the last time I looked there didn't seem like that much room.

Oh definitley -- foam filters offer terrible filtration and if they begin to degrade, you can draw foam particles into the motor

They do offer good flow, however, so for a track only car they might be worthwhile.

Also, interestingly enough, the K&N media offers superior filtration even to the excellent AEM dryflow filters -- at least until they are both PACKED with dirt. Then the AEM flows better -- solution: clean the K&N.

For a cone filter I'd only use K&N or the AEM dryflows, the latter winning out only because they're so easy to clean and no concern regarding overoiling/dirtying MAF sensors.

Once you open the hood, there's about 2 metres of clearance for the filter holders to slide out.

Personal experience: 1. I was getting 12-13 days to a tankfull; now I'm getting 14-15 days. 2. The torque band improved at the low end. Well worth a $60 investment!
