Best Headers-HFC combo?

Option 2 gets you most of the way there (HP gains, weight savings) for far less money. HFC's are also more readily available (long tube headers have a waiting list)

Option 2 gets you most of the way there (HP gains, weight savings) for far less money. HFC's are also more readily available (long tube headers have a waiting list) and are an easier install. I went with this option and may upgrade to Option 1 over time if I decide to eek every last HP and foot pound of torque out of the car.

Hey RCZ, I was wondering if you knew what the Stillen HFC's gave you power-wise. And if you got any CEL's?

Debating Stillen, ERZ and Berk.

Just got my headers on yesterday, and I can hear the rasp clearly, still only driven maybe 20 miles or so but it is there to stay I think.
I think HFC is probably the "best" solution for almost every just because it is easier and emissions safe plus you get almost all the same gains.

OK so I asked this question before on another exhaust thread. Will test pipes net you the same gains and FI LTH??????? FI is getting my money no matter what, but I dont want to spend more money if I dont have to. Or will LTH and a CBE net more then TP and a CBE?????????

According to Tony's dyno runs on the F.I. threads, the FI exhaust + test pipes will give you around 308 hp. FI exhaust + LTH will give you around 311. So, it seems to net you around 3hp topend.
Again, they weren't run during the same time period, so the conditions aren't exactly the same, but take it as you will.

A/F seems to be comparable.
