New version of the AAM Exhaust....

I have more of a low end growl now with the new AAM Intakes!

Do you have pics of the intakes?
Are they like Injen's or more like Stillen's?

I have only had it since today as AAM was doing some tweaking on it as this is their first set of intakes for production. I only had it in rush hour traffic on the way home so I haven't had a chance to really see what difference there is. At low rpms it does feel like there is some added power but how much I don't know. I do believe the next step will be to get me an Accessport and then custom dyno tune in the future. I leave for ZDayZ tomorrow and I'll have a better chance to get a feel for the difference. I'll post up what I find.

More like Stillen Gen 3s but AAMs are single long tube vice the two Stillen uses.

I have a video of the new exhaust and it sounded too quiet for my tastes. I liked the way the original exhaust sounded better. I almost pulled the trigger but was unsure after getting the video from AAM. Can someone else make a good video with HFC and intakes???

Rob,

When you can, please post the dyno run for your new CAI vs. stock. I am interested to see how it stacks up against some of the other CAIs on the market

Having been able to get this Z out on the highway, the Dragon, and Cherhola at ZDayZ, I can say that there is a noticeable increase in power above 5000 RPM and I was told at AAM that this is where I'd notice it. I'm satisfied with the results and can't wait for the Access Port with a dyno tune later this summer!

Maybe AAM would be kind enough to send me new one piece intakes for my long wait....

Does anyone on this board have the F.I. Exhaust with straight X pipe and high flow cats? I'm looking for loud and obnoxious...but awesome sounding.

We are working on that as we speak!

I'll make a set with 3 welds on it and make good power so Lou would be happier!
