I now have this problem. FI exhaust but don’t want to damage it trying to somehow jack by the differential. If I have my front wheels on stands (and ramps underneath), would it be safe to jack from the side rear points to put them on stands 1 by 1? I have pinch weld adapters for both the jack and stands.

I have a nice wooden block, trimmed down to fit here.
Either derived from a 4x4 or something...but works well

For the pinch rails, I use a hockey puck with a slit cut into it. For the rear diff with FI style exhaust canisters, I stack two hockey pucks on top of my jack to clear the pipes. My low profile jack fits under my diff at stock height, but if additional clearance is needed, you can always drive up on a 2x to gain clearance for your floor jack like several people have mentioned.
For the record, the diff is actually the garage jack point that is identified by Nissan in the factory service manual. So no one should be suggesting that it is not an acceptable jack point.

Just adding that the Greddy Evolution GT (dual exhaust) has the same problem, where the cans don't allow my floor jack to reach the diff. I go one side at a time also.
