Jacking up your car with FI exhaust

I now have this problem. FI exhaust but don’t want to damage it trying to somehow jack by the differential. If I have my front wheels on stands (and ramps

I now have this problem. FI exhaust but don’t want to damage it trying to somehow jack by the differential. If I have my front wheels on stands (and ramps underneath), would it be safe to jack from the side rear points to put them on stands 1 by 1? I have pinch weld adapters for both the jack and stands.
