everyone is so concerned with dyno numbers, im sure it has to be better than stock. I cant imagine how it could be worse

well, i did feel a minor loss of torque in low rmp but its all good since i got my tp's installed. an to get that sound guys dont forget u need hfc's or tp's. no tp's it was pretty close to stock but with a deeper tone like a Porsche.

ddvette9 07-20-2010 02:06 PM

damn, i thought you said with stock cats it sounded really good, now you say it sounds a little deeper than stock...

im planning on running this with no test pipes or HFC, guess its not worth it

ddvette9 07-20-2010 03:38 PM

I rolled the dice and just ordered this exhaust. I will let you guys know how it ends up. Unfortunately I don't have a baseline dyno and I prob wont be able to get one between now and this weekend. But i can comment on fitment, quality, sound, etc.

i will do a full write up with pictures in the next few weeks, but short term I wanted to give a quick review for anyone on the fence. I just had the exhaust installed today, stock cats, no test pipes, silencers removed.....

My friend who had a 350 with exhaust, headers, intake etc described the sound as this...."your car sounds like an exotic". Its very deep, very sexy. There is no rasp, no hissing, and minimal cabin drone. For $530 shipped and installed, I couldn't be happier with the look and sound.
