I am glad they want it to be perfect. That is why I am staying with them. I have no problem with a company that wants to take the time to fix a quality issue.
It seems like Berk is getting shafted by their supplier. What I'd like to know is why, if this is a problem with their supplier, doesn't Berk push them the make it right by making them fix the problem and put Berk back at the front of the production? It seems to me that Berk is their customer and should be taken care of. Am I missing something here? Or is there more to this?
