I thought the job of the catalytic converters were to convert carbon monoxide into carbon dioxide? If I am missing something please, don't hesitate to educate me. Anyways, shouldn't the people with LTH, HFC, or Cat-delete worry more about carbon monoxide?

This may be weird, and I guess don't answer if you don't want...but just purely out of curiosity what ethnic background is your family?

Reduces the levels. HFC's are not an issue.

Reduces the levels to where it's not really significant. Right?
I would worry more if I had open headers, LTH, Cat-deletes. Another question would having HFC's be as efficient as stock cats or would it let through more carbon monoxide compared to the stock ones..

Now, having said all that, I don't think you need to worry unless you have a habit of just sitting in your car with the engine running at idle for extended periods of time. Just driving forward should negate any danger from the gap in your exhaust.
