Has anyone received a tracking number or have updated information on when they are shipping the back orders.

Called yesterday only got voicemail as well. I still have not heard anything back either phone call or email after placing and paying the order 3 weeks ago so your not alone. Hopefully they'll be in contact with all of us soon.
