Thanks Red370, that does sound really nice. I cant wait to look at the tests on the 2 to see power differences.

So far, independent dyno wise, the Stillen and FI have made the most power, averaging between 15-20whp per, havent seen any from the Berk setup yet.

So in a nut shell its safe to say the Stillen, Berk, F.I cat backs will all give 15whp increase.

But doesnt the Stillen run a Y-pipe? The dyno's and website claims a 18whp increase. Is that right? Where would the design of the stillen exhaust make up the numbers due to the setback of having a Y - pipe? I was under the impression the best gains come from a X-pipe, Please correct me if I'm wrong....

Nice collaboration on this one!

I can't show modeling equations or anything, but if the Y-pipe is designed well and has a large enough diameter where the Y merges, it shouldn't be restrictive.

I'm pretty sure there was a post with dyno results with berk awhile back before the 2 group buys. Not sure where they are to dig it up though.. let me look

http://www.the370z.com/exhaust-intak...k-exhaust.html

Here is the dyno results. Baseline is with berk hfc and then catback is added on the next dyno.

baseline(with hfc)
1:280.80hp 244.28tq
2:284.15hp 243.22tq
3:281.29hp 248.50tq

cbe with hfc
296.90hp 250.91tq

Any links to the Stillen exhaust/berk hfc dyno results?

doesn't Semtex have a freak of a car though? Took to mods really strong? May sway things a lot without knowing compared to the norm.

Nice vid. You def. need to find another Z with an F.I. exhaust!

Nothing i've read has shown the car to be a freak, his dyno results are right on par with mine with similar mods. His dyno charts are legit with results that can be expected with each mod.

Gotcha, I just remember reading someplace about his car. Never doubted his results though.
