Amuse R1000 single exhaust

hahahhahahha seriously. this exhaust is more geared towards those with more extensive engine mods. amuse is definitely not your run-of-the-mill ebay titanium muffler..lol

I would like to hear more details on how this is?
I have extensive mods, and more coming and look at this as being a horrible price v. performance v. looks scenario. If I wanted exclusivity then yes it is a great choice, but performance is on par with other options, price is double other options and looks are your own opinion. Weight savings can be a factor, but if you are that hardcore about shedding pounds in this car you will be stripping the interior out then not spending extra on an exhaust.

I like the dedication Amuse puts into their work and they do some great stuff, but I view it hard to put many of the JDM titanium exhaust systems into the light of being "needed" versus many other options.

Actually, if you purchased an Amuse product yourself instead of buying through all these rip off 'distributors', their exhaust systems' prices aren't that much compared to other options. I just bought this for approximately $1900 US, air freight included.

I am sticking up for you, Alex. i just add rep for you. Seriously for $1900, it is not that bad considering the amount of weight u save. I know a lot of you dont give a damn about weight, but in the end, 370z is not a muscle car. IF u want ultimate perforomance, weight is a cruicial factor. Remember, power only helps accleration. weight helps accleration, braking, and cornering. Weight is actualy the main reason that i am not feeling stillen or berk cbe.

Yes weight is a huge factor, but again. If you are truly wanting weight reduction then you will go straight pipe back with no interior. Search for TravisJB and look at his journal, that is the correct way to do it if you want weight savings. Buying this exhaust is "nice," but weight v. performance is also a factor. If you do not like the performance of Stillen or Berk then look at Fast Intentions, just as good numbers and weights less than stock.

I'm interested to see the power gain of the single exhaust. a video will be nice too.

Thanks

Single exhaust would give you a very menacing look. I prefer single setup on a car like Z.
