Honestly I like the sound of the berk better. But I prefer the craftsmanship of the FI and look also. FI is too ricey sounding to me.

I have never herd the F.I or Berk systems in person. Due to being on the other side of the world. I would have to agree based off the video in the thread "Berk Exhaust Production with X-Pipe" That video of the berk system taking off is the best sounding clip on youtube for the 370z. Is it the exhaust? or the cam recorder used to film it? who knows...Well I don't However, look of the size of the F.I order list. It's clear everyone knows somthing that I dont. Plus the craftsmanship factor. Hence why I'm always drawn back to F.I exhaust. Last edited by EVL370; 04-06-2010 at 12:20 AM. |

Video clips give you a good idea of how the car sounds with particular exhaust systems...but everyone who owns a Berk or FI will tell you that those Video Clips do not do these exhaust systems justice....If you're debating on what you should get, I say the best way is to hear both exhaust sytems in person...

Yeah, his avatar is pretty damn funny! lol
--------------------------------------------------------------------- As far as this whole debate, I'm with Bolio. People are going to want to rep what they have on their cars in big part because they spent hard-earned $ and want to believe it was worth it! The FI and Berk exhausts are so totally different IMO, that it really depends on what you want for your car. Do you want to show off something flashy/sexy? Then go FI. If you want more of a sleeper system, and don't care about any attention, go with the Berk. Dyno numbers? Well, no two cars are the same. No two dynos are the same. There are so many parameters that influence dyno numbers, that it's not really possible to say system x is better than system y because dyno z said XYZ more hp/tq! That being said, both systems are absolutely great in their own rights and I honestly don't think you can go wrong with either one! |
