Yes, the car was running pretty smooth. It is smoother now and all the usual tweaks were added (removed speedlimiter, smoothed out the fuel curve, raised revlimiter to 8k RPM, etc).

My MPG dropped after exhaust and even more after HFC. Would a tune help?

Mine was way too lean (even at idle) when I did pretty much the same mods (execpt for the headers). A quick trip to my tuner corrected the issue.

Yes, but if you plan on doing any more mods, I'd get them done first, then do the tune. That way you won't have to re-tune after putting on more mods.
