Hi i also had just installed this exhaust with berk HFCs. And let me tell u it sounds mean as hell when u gun it. It gets pretty loud when u do but I love the sound so much it doesn't bother me at all. Hands down best exhaust sound for the 370 I heard, no dyno yet with this setup, last dyno I did with my injen was at 295 whp. I have a dyno set for the march 27 at nationalspeedinc.

Excellent, please post up the dyno results. Today a few people from work came out (some of which owned prior gen Z's) and when I started the Z up they all had a look of surprise...

Best description is "exotic" I'm not just saying this to say it but I've hear a few other exhausts and this one hands down blows everything out of the water. The sound clips do not indicate how good it really sounds in person.

Type 1. True dual will be out within 2 months. This is a more aggressive application. The two pipes never meet.

got mine adjusted...a 3 inch clamp and 2 minutes and the exhaust is now straight on both sides. Also, the other Z owners who heard it today liked it a lot in addition to the cosmetics as well. Hats off to Ark for such an amazing exhaust.

what are the advantages of straight pipe compared to an x-pipe for back pressure and sound?

A more aggressive sound and we believe it will produce more power. Also we can compare the difference in sound through the quality of the exhaust. Different grade steel = different resonance

No, assuming you still have cats and its not over a certain decibls. I had dual straight pipes on my Mustang.

Default In for dyno

I want to see Dyno. Also, any drone with this setup. Another exhaust I was looking at seems to possibly have drone issues at cruising speeds. Anway I want to see the gains made. I can't believe ARK would release the exhaust withought showing us its awesome gains. Give me proof! LOL

A week after install and the car actually is very quiet at cruising speeds...give it some throttle and it growls. This exhaust does not drone nor is it raspy.

Of course, it will be louder than stock but if you want a quiet car...why get an exhaust right? As far as power, the car does feel a bit stronger. Not night and day but there's no doubt a difference.
