Fast Intentions CBE with 18’’ Resonators Review
Let me start by giving a BIG Thanks to Tony for the GREAT sounding exhaust. Tony was quick to get me back on the road as soon as possible. Tony was very professional in his installation, making sure everything came out perfect.
Tony also warned me about the sudden smoke that would occur sine the piping is new so no worries here I’ve had prior experience with brand new exhausts. Now the first time he fired it up I kinda was like DAM!! is this the same car?? It put a big smile on my face, And I have been smiling since. I have the 7AT and Tony mentioned of a little bass sounding tone but when I drove it I found the low bass sound soothing to my ears, and did I mention the BIG FUKIN grin I had?? It took me over an hour to finally get home and I ran in the house to get my wife to come out and listen to it. She loved the deep rumple of the exhaust, And took my keys and said she I'm taking it for a spin and when she came back all she said was I LOVE IT, and asked to pass on her Thanks to Tony. For any of those still on the fence you need to see them and listen to in person videos don’t do it justice. I was fortunate to go to local meets and hear the competitors out there, And that’s how I came to the decision its well worth the price once you see the craftsmanship in the pieces and the dyno numbers don’t lie… Again Thank You Tony I wish you continued success and will see each other again at your customer appreciation get together later on. Here are some pics I took, and I’m not a pro with the cell phone camera since I forgot my nicer one, those are the ones at the time of the install, the after ones are on my real camera. I also posted a before Video sound clip And one after the FI CBE install, like I said the video doesn’t do it justice as it sound better in person. I might mention these setup is with the Berks HFC's Update!!! Some Have asked about how much Ground Clearance? I'm at 4'' in height and this is sitting on Eibach Springs so your clearance would be over 5'' if not dropped. Here is a Pic from the lowest part of the muffler so it's not as low as it looks. After muffler Break-in. Last edited by Trips; 11-08-2012 at 09:27 PM. |

Tony recommended, drive it normal don't rev it high for at least 4 or 5 cooling cycles, this is to insure the packing material in the mufflers set. Have fun |

Nice deep sound...That last pic makes it seem like the canisters are almost flush to the ground? Did you lower your car? Might just be the angle of the picture...How's the clearance?

yea it's dropped on Eibach springs, clearance is good so far I have gone over quiet a few speed bumps with no clearance issues. It looks like there would be from other pics a have seen but it's got clearnace to put you at ease.
