You could just come down and register it in AZ lol. They don't do ANY sort of testing... Crazy I know. Just like how you can be declared Legally Blind,

You could just come down and register it in AZ lol.
They don't do ANY sort of testing...  Crazy I know.Just like how you can be declared Legally Blind, but get a Drivers License here...  Then just drive back to PA. I've done it myself, its a wonderful drive.
