I guess they must have been going through the forum, or received complaints from past customers or customers pending their shipment....However they found out...I'm glad that the packaging issue has been addressed and corrected! It would be nice though for a rep from Berks post something about how this happened

They did in the other thread.

However, the real answer is they probably fired some lazy 17 year old idiot who thought you could quickly throw a bunch of metal tubes in a huge shipping box without any packing materials.

Haha, yeah...that guy...

Had a small crowd of guys around it after the exhaust got installed and I was revving it up. Clark, the installer, said our 2 370's have attracted more people to the shop/car than most others.
