The Stillen tips don't look stock at all dude! Granted you don't have the FI muffler look from behind, but the Stillen tips look dramatically different than the stock tips. The Berk CBE is the visual sleeper.

I'll be honest with you, i've had a few people see my car and think the exhaust was stock, yeah the tips stick out a bit further, but as far as muffler size and location, it looks completely OEM. I also went to the dealership last night to see when they have some 40th anniversaries coming in and noticed the tips on the NISMO exhaust are WAYY larger.

I guess I mean that in direct comparison with the OEM exhaust, the Stillen looks dramatically different. However, I see your point that someone who has never seen a stock exhaust might think the Stillen was OEM. FI definitely has a 'tuner' look.
