stillen cbe is like 10 lbs heavier than stock. honestly, stock is already heavy enough. amuse titanium is 20 lbs lighter than stock. but it is so expensive! i would go F.I cf because i remember it is 16 lbs lighter than stock and so much cheaper than amuse!
the robispec single exhaust sheds at least about 40lbs with stock cats and downpipes *****************************************/tabid/59/articleType/ArticleView/articleId/1379/Robispecs-Street-Class-Time-Attack-Nissan-370Z-Simple-is-Better.aspx |

Fellas, you're all getting off track a bit, the OP wanted to know which exhausts made the most power and produced the best sound, now power wise, due to the370z.com members independent dyno sheets, the Stillen and FI exhausts produce the most power, its been proven. No one said anything about weight, now sound is subjective, but lets stay on topic please and not turn this into a pissing match about whose exhaust is better mmkay? Now when other members post dyno sheets with their HKS/Greddy/Berk/Invidia, etc. exhausts that make more power than the Stillen/FI exhausts, then the debate will be settled, but until then, fact is, Stillen/FI make the most power.

Making that decision
Ok, I've been a domestic muscle care owner for years this is my first import and I have experienced drone, especially under load. FI came out of the hole with a tremendous following but I wonder how much drone exists in the 2,000 to 2,500 rpm range. The majority of your cruising rpms live in this range. I don't plan on using HFC, will I need the resonators, and while X-pipes produce a little more power, H-pipes produce better sound. If I order a system from them next week, how long would I have to wait for it? The stock system is too soft, sound quality is my #1 priority.

Does anyone know whether BERKS did a Dyno on their CBE's?
|
Decision time
Invidia's system was all over Amazon and E-bay, Shops, distributors, and even small dealers selling for 839 and up. Question will any of the 350Z exhaust products work on the 370Z? there discounting is impressive. 5 weeks is about as long as I could wait, isn't Stillens system more expensive than FI?

On a muscle car, H Pipes do produce a better sound but not on these Z's. Trust me, the exhaust note is not as smooth or refined when you build it with an H pipe. The bottom line is if you want quality come to us, we will take care of you. Quality and customer service is more important to us than anything else. We fabricate them in house to ensure every aspect of your investment gets handled correctly! Your system will make great power, sound great look great and fit correctly the first time! I have plenty of options to choose from and am willing to go over them with you. All you have to do is ask. Please do not hesitate to contact me directly... Thank you, Tony |
I haven't seen a stillen dyno that shows stock + exhaust. Stillen weighs about 18 lbs more than stock from the weight reduction thread. FI is about 30 lbs lighter than stillen and imo looks best with the proven gains. I've had the FI exhaust and would definitely go back. The gains were shockingly noticeable and throttle response was drastically improved as well. I've heard the stillen in person and preferred FI. The quality of the FI exhaust is second to none as well.
