Berk's Test Pipes?
Hey everyone...Hafa Adai from Guam...Was doing some research on Berks products and ended up on this site....Been on for over two hours checking everything out...
Was recommended by some 370 Enthusiasts out here to go with the Berk's Exhaust...Didn't find any on their site, and figured out why when I read the threads about all the GB's that are pending... Was wondering if anyone here ever purchased their TP's? If so, did you receive any gain, or was it just an improvement of the exhaust note? Tried You Tubing but couldn't find anything on it.... Thanks in advance |

While I can't speak directly about the test pipes, I have nothing but positive things to say about the HFCs. If the test pipes are similar in quality and performance, I'm sure they'll not only add gains, but plenty of power as well (and perhaps some rasp that often comes with the TPs).
Good luck!

Thanks a lot guys...really apprecaite your input...Kind of new to this whole thing, so excuse my questions if they're off the wall....
Just for clarificaiton, running TP's would be an alternative to HFC's right? I mean you can't run both, it has to be one or the other.... |

yes one or the other. Test pipes completely remove catalytic converter with just a strait pipe which is called a 'test pipe'. HFC keep the cataltic converter on but uses a 'high flow' catalytic converter.

does resonated testpipes give less hp gains than non-resonated testpipes? would it because non-resonated pipes are just straight thru pipes and resonated pipes have resonators that restricts the air flow? anyone know about this?
thanks |

Great info from everyone...I really appreciate it....Based on what I've read thus far...is it safe to say that TP's would have an increase on noise versus HFC when combined with a CBE?
