Top two confirmed power options are Stillen or Fast Intentions, hoping for good results from Berk but I am waiting on receiving mine.

They are basically stating that if you follow those links above you will be able to see dynos and look at the torque curves so you can find your ideal exhaust.

Most modifications performance-wise in cars scream HP, but don't really push their TQ gains. More than likely this will take a little digging and research on your part.

I like Fast Intentions. More exotic sounding and better looking IMO

Agreed, I definitely gained power up top, but lost TQ down low, I have to keep the rpms between 4-6k to feel the change, so TQ wasnt lost necessarily, just shifted further up the power band. Read the sig for my mods.

Yeah, I'm thinking FI as well, or perhaps the Meisterschaft from GTHaus unless it is too loud for a DD at highway speed (80mph+). Also, at this point I still haven't seen any dyno charts from GTHaus...

Without a gain in tq (at any given rpm) you simply won't see a gain in hp.

I understand how the equation works. I was talking about how you'll see advertising about how much more HP you get from a part, but some times you won't see a Torque statistic at all.

Basically as you open up restrictions on the exhaust you lose tq at the bottom end, and gain HP at the top end.

You have to have a certain amount of restriction in the exhaust to keep your low end torque up.

HP is just a measurement based off torque and RPM. The faster the engine spins, the higher the HP you'll see on your dyno chart (until torque drops off). HP is basically meaningless...torque is the raw data, HP is just a formula based off torque.

Often because there's no gain or even a loss in torque.

It might even out the torque curve slightly at the upper end, resulting in a higher HP level near redline, or even cause a surge of torque at just the right place to cause a spike in HP above stock...and they can claim a HP gain.

Thx for sharing your knowledge^^
Is it mean that if I want my car to go faster I need to focus on torque right?
I mean 0-60mph. and Can we increase maximum speed of the car?

Sry for asking stupid question but this is my first sport car^^
