Weren't there issues with the AC line having a hole rubbed in them with the G3... Let me go look around a little bit. Something that is addressed in the instructions, but is easy to miss.
Edit: 12. With all the clamps loose, adjust the upper and lower tubes until they are aligned with each other and the upper tubes are not rubbing on the strut towers. It may be necessary to install a piece of silicone hose between the drivers side lower tube and the A/C lines to keep them from rubbing. Split open an extra piece of silicone breather hose, wrap around the A/C lines, and secure with zip ties. Tighten all clamps. Source: Stillen |

You should definitely double check the installation.. and if it's touching the A/C lines you should definitely make an adjustment, and definitely utilize the foam, but ultimately it doesn't need to touch anything, and shouldn't be vibrating. A/C lines are not something you want the metal tubes vibrating against, which is why the notation is made in the instructions.
Please call us ASAP and work with our customer service department to get the install dialed in. Did you do the installation yourself? |

Edit: Cha ching! http://www.the370z.com/intake-exhaus...en-intake.html |
well today I seen what you were talking about, i was at work so I didnt have time to take the complete fascia off, but i unbuttoned the top, and found the ac lines, i took the intake, zip tied it up and off the ac line itself, quick fix until I get some time to pull the bumper off.

Before I start driving I plan on checking mine to see if everything is still good.
Same with the zip ties used near the exhaust cans from when I installed my catback. |
quick question, those with the Stillen CBE, do your tips line up with the fender cutouts ok? my left one is perfectly centered, the right is off centered, and they stick out quite a bit from the rear of the bumper, i was under the impression that they are supposed to be flush, unless there was a design change. Yes, everything is connected and bolted properly, I put it on a lift myself today and checked.

Top of tip is flush/ just slightly in vs face of bumper. The bottom sticks out further than stock because straight cut vs inward angle cut on stock.
Both tips centered on mine - maybe both are 1/8" closure to inside but symetrical and very close to perfect center |
