Is this a genuine r-tuned exhaust?

I saw this on eBay and they said it is a Nismo r-tuned exhaust. But when I compare it to pictures elsewhere there are a few differences, mainly in the exhaust tips. They are blued and look like they are attached differently. I don't see a clamp on them.

They could have used a torch to blue the metal but I am not sure about the rest. I don't want to buy a fake one. I did ask the seller but they have not answered yet. They sell a lot of stuff so they may not know for sure.

I'm gonna say it's not a real R-Tune, based off this link:

Looks like the legit R-Tune had adjustable tips, and like mentioned, non blue tips.

Thanks... That's what I figured, I was hoping someone would say it's genuine, but it looks like it's not or they welded new tips on or something. The seller doesn't have more info. I can get one for about 1400 new.
