Default Stillen gen.3 intake install complications...

Hey all im new to the forums and also a new 370z owner. So I recieved my intake today and went right to install. The whole installation went without much of a problem. So i finish up and get ready for a test drive and I realize that my window isnt resetting back to the full up position after I close the door. I continue on with the test drive about 30 miles no other problems what so ever. When I got back i tryed turning the car off and on and gave the door a few tries. The window will keep droping a 1/4in everytime it opens but never resets back to up.

Both doors are doing the same thing. Ive seen quite a few installs of this intake and never heard of this problem. Im pretty bad when it comes to diagnosing electrical problems, anyone have any idea what the problem might be? Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance.
