I drove it in heavy rain and no problems with water...
The difference is stillen cost more you gain a little more hp and you have to cut out the openings for the intakes to pass thru to the front, and you also have to remove your bumper to install and to service the filters in the future. For me I went with the injen's for less money a little less hp, and I don't have to remove the bumper to install, and service in the future.. so it's a matter of what's your preference...
