Too many DAMN codes
 

Hello,

After installing my Berk resonated test pipe and driving it for a couple of weeks, 5 codes pop up and I also experienced like my Z was in limp mode (only happened once). Are all these codes related to the installation of the test pipe?

Codes:
P1148
P0305
P0300
P0430
P0031

After clearing it, only code P1148 came back on for the mean time. My headers are stock and has not been touch. Any advice or help is/are much appreciated.

All the codes are related to your O2 sensors. Think Sensor 1, Bank 1 has chit the bed.

Did you use a impact gun on any of the exhaust bolts with the O2 sensors still installed?

Are you talking about the sensor before the cat? And yes, an impact gun was used to get the bolt loose on the cat that is connected to the headers.

Yea. Sensor is most likely a goner. Any hard rattling or using power tools on it runs a very good risk of breaking the sensor. Your best course of action is to just get a new sensor to try it out and see if it clears the codes.

If you used the impact gun before removing the sensors. You killed the sensor with vibrations from the gun.

Bank 1 sensor 1, this is the passenger front O2 sensor correct? Yea, the demon bolt was a pain to get out from the cat, I remember hammering away on the passenger side Bc it wouldn’t come loose.

I would assume the driver sensor to be ok then? I also used the impact gun on the driver side but the bolts came out clean. I didn’t have to wrestle it like the passenger side.

I would replace both. As someone who just went thru some BS with power tools on the cats/downpipes, it's really easy to F up those sensors.

I usually get bank 1 and 2 lean after the test pipes install which is normal without a tune
