Default Power increase questions

I bought my 09 370 last year with 23,000 miles on it from a dealer.
I have been unable find the previous owner to ask questions.
I knew it had k&n filters and Injen catback.
Yesterday I was able to get a look under the car and found it also has Motordyne Art test pipes.

Does anyone know the actual or close estimated HP and torque gains of cat back and test pipe combo?
Possibly the K&N filters help out.
I have no idea if it has a tune, I’ll assume it doesn’t.

I just want a close guess of engine gains, not rear wheel gains.

Being an auto I can easily spin the 285/35 R20 Vredestein tires up into 3rd gear with my 200 pound *** and my 140 pound son in the car
We are also at about 10 feet above sea level where we live.

Thank you.
C.

Talking

Guess with no tune. Just under 300. With tune, just over 300.
