I'm in the process of installing OBX long tube headers. Should I use the metal factory gasket, the ones that came with the new headers or RTV. I'm mainly talking

Should I use the metal factory gasket, the ones that came with the new headers or RTV. I'm mainly talking about where they attach to the block.
