Welcome, ERZ! If I get the CEL again I'll let you know! Have you had any other reports of the P2A03?

Update: loose driver's side o2 sensor was the cause. I've put enough miles on the car now to say that the issue has been taken care of. Thanks for such a great affordable product, ERZ!

I'll get a video up within the next few weeks after they have broken in.

I had the same issue and I also had to unscrewed the extended 02 bung and install the 02 senors without it. More then 1200 miles with the ERZ HFC and one night at the Drag Strip still NO CEL!
Guys,

I'm planning on getting ERZ HFC for my 2010 G37 and was wondering if you had a picture of 02 bung that you had to modify? Has ERZ fixed the problem with the 02 bungs? The word is spreading on myg37forum...

Thanks,
Wiggy

I had this same issue with the HFC's I received a couple weeks ago. Pretty silly to put O2 extenders that don't fit our O2 sensors.

So the 02 sensors are not attached and the holes are just plugged?

Thanks,
Wiggy

I just put some steel wool in the regular O2 sensor bung and didnt use the extenders as they are the wrong size and screwed in the sensors. The wool acts as a filter basically.

True! If you aren't throwing any CELs without the extenders, you're good to go...

I only have one more in stock our next version will have the 02 sensor extender already weld on as one piece instead of two piece.

I just had mine installed this morning. The exhaust note sounds good. A little louder than before. There's a rattle though. Sounds like it's coming from the front near the exhaust manifold. You can hear it when you're outside the car or with the window open. It's not as noticeable when the windows are closed. Did you guys notice this? The OP mentioned hissing and rasp...I don't hear that, but I definitely hear rattling. I talked to the mechanic and he said all the bolts were tight including the ones that go on the support pieces. No rattling before the install. Anyone experience this? Bluestyle also has a thread about ERZ HFCs, so I'm going to ask there as well.
